PATRICK WOODARD

Is a Los Angeles native who developed an interest in photography and motion picture at a young age. He went on to study film at the University of California at Santa Barbara and Brooks Institute of Photography. While in college, he began interning at post production facilities and was quickly hired full-time as an online editor for hit shows such as NBC’s Scrubs. Shortly after he began exploring his growing interest in color by serving as an assistant colorist on various projects. In 2008, Patrick launched into color full-time, working on Everybody Hates Chris as the Lead Colorist. The following year Everybody Hates Chris and Weeds were both nominated for an Emmy in cinematography. Since then, Patrick has worked on a variety of television series, for networks such as HBO, Showtime, CBS, NBC, ABC, FOX, Hulu and Peacock, as well as a wide range of feature films, commercials and music videos. Patrick has also worked with companies like Apple, Adobe, Avid and Blackmagic Design to do testing and provide feedback on new software development. Patrick is a member of the Colorist Society International.
